1. If your furniture isn’t built the stain color, paint color, size, or style that you ordered, we’ll fix or - replace it.

2. If your furniture arrives damaged, we’ll fix or replace it.

3. If your furniture ever cracks or splits, we’ll fix or replace it.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT OUR FABRIC COLORS:

Please be aware that the fabric colors shown on our website may vary from the actual fabric color. Screen settings, lighting, photography and other factors can affect how colors appear online. For the most accurate representation of the fabric color, we strongly recommend seeing our fabric choices in person here at the shop. Charlie's Woodshop LLC cannot guarantee that the fabric color displayed on your screen will exactly match the fabric. 

 

The Charlie's Promise is our guarantee to you for as long as you own your custom Charlie's Woodshop furniture. Even though we build hundreds of tables each year, our small team is like a family. That means you won’t get stuck behind call centers and big company policies if everything isn’t perfect. The same person who answered the call to help you place the order will be there if you need any help after after the sale.
